Ingredients:
- 2 cans baked beans (or mixed beans)
- 1 onion (chopped)
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 1 Pack Spices 4 Africa Curry Pack (Mild / Medium / Hot)
- 1–2 tomatoes (optional or tomato onion mix)
- ½ cup water
- Salt to taste
- Fresh coriander (optional)
Steps for Cooking:
- Heat oil in a pot and fry onions until golden brown.
- Add Curry Pack and stir for 1 minute to release flavour.
- Add tomatoes (if using) and cook for 3–5 minutes.
- Add beans and mix well.
- Add a little water and simmer for 10–15 minutes.
- Season to taste and garnish with coriander.
- Serve with rice, bread or pap.
