At Spices 4 Africa, we take pride in delivering high-quality spice products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.


Returns

Due to the nature of food products, spices and food items cannot be returned once opened for health and safety reasons.

However, we will gladly assist if:

  • The product was damaged during delivery

  • You received the wrong item

  • The product is defective

  • The product packaging was tampered with before opening

If any of the above occurs, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.


Refunds

Once your request has been reviewed and approved, we may offer one of the following solutions:

  • Replacement of the product

  • Store credit

  • Refund of the purchase price

Refunds will only be processed once the issue has been verified.

Please allow 5–10 business days for refunds to reflect depending on your payment provider.


Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and food safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Opened spice packs

  • Opened wet mixes

  • Opened grinders

  • Any food products that have been used or partially consumed.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please send us the following:

  • Your order number

  • A photo of the product received

  • A brief description of the issue

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to:

  • Incorrect items sent

  • Damaged products

  • Defective products.
