Recipe – Braaied Fish

Preparation Time: ±10 minutes

Cooking Time: ±10–15 minutes


What You’ll Need

  • 1 kg Fish (fillets or whole butterfish)

  • 3 tablespoons Spices 4 Africa Seafood Wet Mix

  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice

  • 2 tablespoons oil

  • Salt to taste


Method

  1. In a bowl, mix Seafood Wet Mix, lemon juice, oil and salt.

  2. Mix well to form a marinade.

  3. Coat the fish evenly with the marinade.

  4. Place fish on the braai (or pan) and cook, turning occasionally.

  5. Cook until fish is golden and fully done.
