What You’ll Need

1 kg Fish (fillets or whole butterfish)

3 tablespoons Spices 4 Africa Seafood Wet Mix

2 tablespoons lemon juice

2 tablespoons oil

Salt to taste
Method

In a bowl, mix Seafood Wet Mix, lemon juice, oil and salt.

Mix well to form a marinade.

Coat the fish evenly with the marinade.
