Recipe – Tikka Masala Chicken

Preparation Time: ±10 minutes

Cooking Time: ±15–20 minutes


What You’ll Need

  • 1 kg Chicken fillet (cubed)

  • 2 teaspoons Spices 4 Africa Tikka Masala Wet Mix

  • 500 ml plain low-fat yoghurt

  • 2 tablespoons oil

  • Salt to taste

  • Fresh coriander (optional garnish)


Method

  1. Heat oil in a pan and fry cubed chicken.

  2. Add salt to taste.

  3. Once chicken starts to change colour, add 2 teaspoons of Tikka Masala Wet Mix.

  4. Allow to cook together with the chicken.

  5. Just before the chicken is fully cooked, reduce heat to low.

  6. Add yoghurt and simmer for 2–3 minutes.

  7. Garnish with freshly chopped coriander and serve.
